Screws are too far from standoffs

I have NZXT H440 case and an ASUS Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard.

While installing the motherboard, i noticed a weird curve on the case thats making the some of the holes for the screw far from the standoffs. So far I can only screw three screws at the left side of the motherboard. Will it be okay if I only screw three of them? If not, do you recommend any longer screws for the rest of the standoffs?

Do you have the left and right side mixed up that board only has 3 holes on the left side.
I think your talking about the right side of the case.
That is a eATX board and the case is not ment to support it. I think you need a new case.
