Recently built my first pc and have been having issues with running games. Things like CSGO run at a mere 70 fps at low everything when it should run at 120 with everything at high settings... any ideas/ or solutions to the problem would be great! many thanks

Specs of system

Amd a10 7700k
Ram Corsair 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz
Motherboard Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
Psu 500 watts
HDD 500gb WD

You're definitely extra crippling your GPU with both slow and a single stick of memory they are both VERY important with onboard video

Temps hover around the 60 to 70 mark
and clock speed on cpu is around 3.8

did notice that integrated graphics clock was only at 350 mhz
when it should be at 750..
not sure if this is due to the single stick of ram or something else

So you think changing the ram out for faster ddr3 and possibly two sticks of 4 instead of the one stick of 8 would result in better performance?

Yea definitely can see that xD thanks for the help ill look into returning the ram and have a look for some good ddr3 memory
