can install windows without graphics card? intel i7 7700k

can install windows 8.1 on computer without graphics card?

specs
intel i7 7700k 4.2ghz (with hyper d92 cpu cooler)
asrock fatal1ty B250 gaming motherboard
>gskill ripjaws ddr4 2400 8gb per stick x2<
>evga g3 650w powersupply<
120gb hyperx solid state drive
(for now)

waiting for my graphics card in the mail... can i install windows in the meantime without using gpu ???
 
Solution
It has been proven to work, just a little unstable during the initial install. Once Windows is installed it will run.

The iGPU graphics are a little tricky, but Intel's Iris Pro graphics can be forcibly installed and they work.

ASRock probably does too, but I haven't checked. I'd have to find the post where someone did this with a non-ASUS motherboard.

If you have no display on the monitor, you can't install an OS.
But since that CPU has built in graphics, yes you can.
