i7 6700k Problem

I recently built a pc with an i7 6700k and GIGABYTE GA-Z170N-WIFI. 3 days after building it the PC started blue screening. After the first blue screen I was not able to enter the bios. I checked the CPU temperatures and they seemed fine. I also tested the RAM individually and the RAM seemed to work. The next day the computer stopped booting completely. It would enter a bootloop before Windows ever finished loading, and would not let me enter the bios.

I assumed the motherboard was bad since I couldn't even enter the bios when the computer was working, but after replacing the motherboard the bootloop problem persisted. Is it possible that the CPU could be causing this? I have an RMA approved through Intel but I'm hesitant to replace the CPU because I've heard CPUs almost never fail and this doesn't seem like a CPU issue. Any advise?

Solution
Try unplugging the power cord, removing the SSD, removing the CMOS battery for a minute, and then starting the board (SSD disconnected).
See if by pressing F1 you're able to access the BIOS.

Yes I installed Windows 7 on a SSD I recently formatted.

I don't think it's the SSD because I haven't been able to enter the bios and I cant make it past the Gigabyte logo most of the time before the bootloop starts.

I tried both. I have not messed with the bios since I originally built the computer. It worked fine for 3 days, then started blue screening randomly for a day. As soon as it started blue screening, I was unable to even enter the bios, but the computer would boot fine and work for a few hours until I would get another blue screen. After a day it stopped booting completely.
