I am currently in the process of building my first pc and I am almost done, like if there wasn't this problem, I could download windows. When I plug in my pc and turn the pc on, the fans start spinning and I hear a weird noise. The fans spin for a couple of seconds and speed up. Then they turn off for a second or two and start back up again. At first I thought it was because they weren't under any load, but then I saw that the power led was turning off as well. Is it a problem with my parts or just a simple mistake along the way?
