I wanted to upgrade ram, so I bought 2 8gb sticks of ddr3 2133 ram. Once I inserted the ram it wouldn't boot, I think this could be because I put in custom settings for my old ram, which was 1 8gb ddr3 1600. My motherboard says it is capable of 1333, 1600, 1866, and 2133 (oc). I read that the (oc) means that I have to change some settings in the bios, or if I would be able to reset the bios an insert the 2133 ram with no problems.
How do I install 2133 ram?
