did a new install for windows 8.1 but the screen has no vsync ....

do i need graphic drivers at least?? where can i find them??

asrock fatal1ty b250 gaming k4 motherboard
intel i7 7700k processor
16gb ddr4 2400 ram
120gb solid state drive

If you are using integrated graphics, use the drivers that come with the cd for your motherboard.

Or... you can download the latest intel integrated drivers from intel.

no cd drive i used usb to install windows
