Is there a gaming graphics card out there that will work in an hp pavillion p6710f without having to replace the 250 watt power supply? A card good enough for running games like the forest. I just bumped up to 8 gigs of ram and now I need a graphics card that will be compatible and fit this pc.

@dontlistentome with such a small gap, you also need to factor in stuff like drives/cooling though they dont take much they can add up. Also motherboards do take a little more to drive their features, even if it's a stripped down OEM board it has some extra pull over there too.

The difference between a 1050 and a 1050 ti other than two letters, the Ti has twice the VRAM which allows for higher game settings, as well as around 20% performance increase I believe.
Can you take a look at the label on the power supply? What does it say for the 12V output? This is a number with an "A" next to it, such as 18A. Generally, entry level cards use 75W of power, if that computer has an Athlon II X4 in it that's 95W. So as long as the power supply has enough on the 12V output to cover that then it could work.
