How to set-up a (lowest priced) PC for playing League of Legends and Outlast's recommended settings?

I want to play League of Legends and Outlast with their recommended settings.

I want to upgrade my PC.

Here is the current specs. of it.

Pentium Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz
3 GB RAM (DDR2/DDR3) - not sure
GeForce GT 210
Old Casing - not gaming compatbile casing
dead battery UPS
Old 256 GB HDD

How much is the rough estimation if I upgrade my PC to play LoL and Outlast?

Please help me, thank you.

sorry but its hard to recommend what you can upgrade with that specs list. to give you a better answer we would need to know what kind of power supply the computer has, the motherboard and if you could find out for certain how much and what kind of ram it is.
