can only use 3.90 gb of ram out of 8 gb of ram

hey there thanks for visiting this thread, ive been having some fps issues in games, when i say my sistem info, it said that i only had 3.90 gb of ram usable, but i have 2 sticks of ram, each 4gb, so i can not use my pc at gaming now, is there any way of getting my whole 8gb of ram usable??' please help ASAP.

How did you find out that you can not play Games at the moment?
Windows 10 is always trying to fill the RAM to a certain degree for caching and gives it free as soon as its needed.

Press Windows+E. Navigate to the C: drive. Do you have a Program Files and a Program Files (x86) folder? If not, you're running a 32-bit version of Windows which is limited to 4GB minus hardware reserved.
