AsRock Z170 Gaming i7 mobo and can't figure out how to format the hard drive

I've completed my build, I have a 2TB hard drive (not solid state), and need to format it before I can install windows 7. I have gotten windows 7 up by putting it on a USB with the drivers necessary to make it compatible with the mobo, but need to format the hard drive before I can install the OS. How do I format the mobo from bios?

Thank you, but I have already done this. My problem is that I can't figure out how to format the hard drive in the bios. I need to do this, because for some reason when I try to install windows it says that the drive has 0.0 MB of space. Any ideas for formatting in the bios?
