I just built my PC and no matter what I try my 1050ti will not get detected by my system.

I have a GA-B250M-DS3H Motherboard and 1050ti

I have updated my BIOS to F4, I have updated windows completely, I have tried downloading the drivers from Nvidia but I get an error message because it can't detect my GPU. I have tried installing drivers from the disc (obviously)

How are you connecting your display to your PC at the moment?

If you're connecting it by the GPU, then it's functioning to some extent. See if the following is of any use.

Use Device Manager>View>Show hidden devices and see if something unrecognised shows up under display adapters. Try and install drivers through that.

Usually a motherboard will auto-detect a GPU and choose it as primary display option (or similar). Few don't but you could check in BIOS to see if you need to force PCIe to be primary choice.
