Would anyone know if the i7 6700k could bottleneck the 1080 ti?

I recently built a pc and I was going to buy the 1080. But after seeing the newly revealed 1080 ti I would love to get my hands on one of them, but I am afraid of my cpu's power. If anyone would have an idea please leave a comment. Thank you.

Solution
Depends on you resolution.
On 1080p possibly -- but that still means constant output of like 200 FPS. Also whoever gets a 1080Ti for 1080p should seriously question his or her ability of judgment.

For 1440p or especially 2160p it's fine.

Everyone doing what he thinks it is ok, who are you to judge? Not even with gtx 1080 you can achieve 144 fps (for 144 hz monitor) on crysis 3 on 1080p. Think before you post, i also would get a gtx 1080 ti for 1080p because i like to max everything and have a large amount of frames (specially 100+).
