Alright.. so I've been scouring the internet for builds/ideas/prices.. and I *think* I may have the build and the incredible price, for the ship I'd like to sail..

What my goals are with this Gaming Computer is to basically run all types of games at 60 frames, as well as streaming and recording likewise.
I'd like to think that this build would be suitable for decent VRing later down the road as well.
My primary concerns here are just the cooling system, the case (will it all fit?!) and the overall performance.
Obviously I can't tell that second one since I haven't gone out and bought the thing yet for that last one, but the other two concerns hopefully y'all will be able to shine a light for me.
Origionally I wanted to have a water cooling system, but as I don't really card about any overclocking mechanisms, that's not a big issue.
One last thing, I really want to mod the fu-.. err.. heck, out of Skyrim and be able to play all those delicious looking graphic mods.
Keep in mind this *will be* my first build, so don't beat me down too hard. : )
