Because of various problems i'm having with my Motherboard (mostly because they Audio jacks aren't working) I want to get a replacement motherboard.

(I live in Germany, so regional sellers preferred. Mindfactory and Amazon have worked well for me in the past)

My Budget for the Mobo is at most 100-150, but hoping to spend less on it.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 4x 3.40GHz So.1150
Mobo: Asus Z87-A (C2) Intel Z87 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 ATX Retail
RAM: 16gb (4x4) Corsair Vengeance Pro Series rot DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9-9-9-24
GPU: Geforce GTX 970
Geforce GTX 750 Ti (for PhysX when I use it)

It's also been a while since I've upgraded the rest of my system, so I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to get a DDR4 Mobo, and upgrade my RAM along with it, but i'm not sure on the current price range.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions/help with my questions.

Solution
You can't get a DDR4 mobo with the upgraded RAM without replacing the CPU. That will all be impossible within your budget, especially if you want to go with a newer generation K chip and a Z series mobo.

This is the upgrade path you're looking at if you want it all to be current gen.

It's not worth it to upgrade when you already have a Haswell system. Unless you want to get to a M2 NVMe SSD or wanting to have support for Type-C USB, there's little to no reason to move to Sky/Kabylake.

Do note that Windows may decide to invalidate its licence when you replace the MB, so if it's really just the audio jacks, a sound card may be the better choice.
