Solution
"drivers for my dongle and Ethernet slot is missing"
And that is why you have no internet.

"i have a USB drive with 4GB (3,72GB) that is working"
a USB storage device working is fairly irrelevant

Install the drivers needed. End of problem.
1. Download the drivers from your other computer
2. Save those drivers to a USB drive
3. Install the drivers on the computer with internet problems
