Ok guys. So im planing to buy a gamer pc and my max budget is 930-940$. And other 60-70$ i need for a mouse keyboard and headphones and a hdmi cable.

I was thinking of getting the i5 7600k with the 1060 gtx 6 or 3gb and 8gb of ram.

Since im on a budget here and the CPU plus cooler for cpu is almost half my budget i was thinking about maybe getting the i5 7600.

I dont want to oc my cpu or gpu since im a noob in computers and technology and i dont want to mess with things that i dont understand.

So this is my logic. I want to play bf1 on all ultra 1080p somewhere around steady 60-70 fps. Since bf1 is highly demanding. Im guessing in the 2-3 upcoming years i will be able to play the newer games also, maybe not on ultra but on med, high setting.

So my question here is:

Should i buy i5 7600k and 8gb ram or maybe go with the i5 7600 and get 16gb ram?

I think gtx 1060 6gb will be a good choice but also maybe 3gb for 1 year of gaming but then im planing to upgrade it to 1070 or maybe 1080 gtx.

I want a decent PSU and invest in good cooler for cpu so it doesnt over heat and so it can last as much as possible but more focusing on getting a very good cpu and gpu.

i was thinking of getting a stronger cpu like i5 7600k so i dont have to worry about cpu when i upgrade my gpu in one year.

What do you guys think? My goal is to build a ultra settings gaming pc but also i want to be able to upgrade it in the upcoming 3-4 years.

So what you guys would recommend me focusing on?

And for the mobo i would like to get the asus H110M but i dont know wich version is the best for i5 7600k.

For now my overall setup looks something like this :

Edit :

MOBO : GIGABYTE B250M-DS3H
CPU : i5 7500
CPU COOLER : the default one
GPU : XFX RX 480 4GB
RAM : 2x8GB g.skill ripjaw 4 ddr4 2400mhz
PSU : ( im still deciding wich to buy. I want to buy the best possible but not for much money and not every psu is avalable in my country )
CASE : ?? ( still trying to decide, i dont know what amount of coolers mounted on the case would be ideal with my setup, 2,3,4 or 5? I need help with that )

I think thats about it.

I know its a long post but if you did read it all i would love to hear your opinion and i would be very thankfull.

Do not buy a 7600k with that board if it means the difference between 8 and 16 GB. The "K" means the CPU can be overclocked, but it needs a Z-series motherboard to do so.

On that note, you're also using a 7th gen CPU. Unless you can confirm that the board has the proper BIOS to work with that CPU when it gets delivered, your system might not work on startup because it needs BIOS updates.

If you get a locked CPU, it comes with a CPU cooler good enough for anything you do with it.

Power supply ; I'd recommend Corsair CXM series or seasonic SSR-x50-RM series. (where X is a number)

I personally like the following for cases ; Cooler Master MasterBox 5, N200, Elite 431 plus, NZXT S340, Fractal Design CORE 1000, Corsair SPEC-01, 88R...
Pick a z270 instead with the kabylake k series. Good chance the H110m doesn't work with kabylake due to bios updates.

Here's what I would do - there's also room for a CPU cooler in there if you'd like, for noise reasons

I personally would go for the AMD Radeon RX 480. 3 GB VRAM simply isn't enough in high end titles at times, and it will have similar performance (better in some games) to a 1060 6GB for less. With a gap between total budget and price of the machine, you could also go for a 1060 if you really wanted, or a full 8GB RX 480.

Thanks for help guys. The z270 mobo price in my country is around 230$ or higher thats why i think i cant fit that into my budget. As for the rx 480 as a gpu. I might go for that. The latest benchmark are better i think. So there wouldnt be a lot of difference between an i5 7600k and i5 7500 in the upcoming years for gaming? If its not much of a difference i might be getting i5 7500 then. in my country the i5 7500 is 250$ and the i5 7600 is 280$ and the i5 7600k is around 320$ plus a cooler is alot of money. I tought if i was buying the best gaming cpu i might go for 7600k so i have to only upgrade the gpu later. But if u guys think i5 7600 or i5 7500 is also a very good choice for the upcoming years of high end games to play on ultra. I will go with that. When i will be upgrading in about 1 year. I would like to only upgrade one or two parts max. Like gpu and psu. Or cpu cooler and vga. Thanks one more time for help guys. Its very appreciated!

Now i see the prices from my country to yours its too big of a gap. I might have to settle for a simpler cheaper mobo and i5 7500 or 7600.

But i would really like to get the better cpu like i5 7600k so im at peace for the next 2-3-4 years. If you think the i5 7500 or 7600 will also do the job for the next 2-3-4 years i will defenitly buy that since its more affordable as i said for "only" 250$ comparing to the i5 7600k wich is 320$ in my country lol the prices here are too funny i cant believe it.

Ok bro. Ill get the i5 7500. I will have to cut out the ssd i think to cover the price difference for the whole setup since ram, cpu, gpu and mobo are 50% more expensive in my country. Do i need an ssd or i can go just for the normal hdd. I know ssd loads windows faster but will it affect my battlefield 1 ultra setting ? I really hope i can run bf 1 on ultra steady 55-75 fps with i5 7500. Rx 480 4gb and 16gb ram :D thanks for help justiceinacan :)

Edit : if i manage to squeeze in the budget i will deffo go for rx480 8gb.

One more question :)

Is the 16gb of ram more important for better fps and better graphics for gaming then 4gb more memory on the gpu?

If you would have to make a choice between rx480 4gb and 16gb ram or rx480 8gb with 8gb ram, you would pick the 4gb gpu and 16gb ram version right?

Edit 2
Maybe i should pick rx480 8gb with 8g ram and then upgrade the ram in 3-4 months when i will have some spare cash. Since i can just add ram and gpu i would have to remove all and install a new one if i would want a stronger/better version.

Most games don't need much more than 4 GB of VRAM for good settings at 1080p, the extra helps sometimes but more games will use 8+ gb of system ram than they will 4gb vram. Seeing as recommended specs on BF1 is 4GB RX 480 I'd say you're good. Don't quote me on that.

Also, getting 8 now and upgrading later might not work so well because new ram doesn't always... play nice with old ram. I'd get a solid CPU, RAM, etc. now and when new GPU's come out you'll have everything you need and an even better card.

Ok bro thanks for help once more :D im getting the i5 7500 and rx480 and 16gb ram. Here cheapest rx480 4gb is 290$. But there is 50$ more expensive rx480 4gb from different manufacturer. Does that play a role or i shouldnt bother with that?

For the mobo. Is h110m-vd pro okay to go with i5 1700 and rx480 with 16gb ram or i should really get the one you recommended me? since h110m is 40$ here and b250 somwhere in the 80-90$ price range. If im better off in the future with the one you recommended. Ill deffo get that one.

Forget the mobo. Ill deffo get the one you said. Its not that expensive and it will fit budget. And the max memory 64 is an awesome plus for that price :) bro thanks alot for shedding light on the subject. I really appreciate it. My setup is gonna be a beast!!
