Explorer shows 3 drive letters for same USB

Note that this ONLY occurs in Explorer.

Diskpart and Disk Management list nothing more than the original drive letter for the USB. So how do I get rid of the extra drive letters that Explorer is showing? This is really annoying me!

This happens often in windows explorer........its pretty normal.......rebooting may clear the issue out ? if not, just click on one of the small plus sign expansion icons, and when that one opens, that is the real drive , the others are just false drive letters, like a small error that windows lives with, and its ok. Not sure what else to say on that, should not be a big deal.
