Hi im doing my first build and i thought should i buy an fx 6300 or fx 8300 for gaming only. I will be getting an GTX 1060 and i will be playing mostly GTA 5 and CS:GO and Forz horizon 3 and need for speed.

Solution
An i5 is the sweet spot.
Not the most powerful processor, but good enough to enjoy almost all games, and at a relatively affordable price.
I expect my i5 to be at least 5 years old before I need to upgrade CPU and motherboard.
Can you return the motherboard? You'd literally be better off with the Pentium G4560 than either of these two processors and it would be cheaper. If you're stuck on AM3 and can't upgrade, then you might as well get the 8350. Buying any FX lineup processors right now though is a massive waste of money for gaming.

As unfortunate as it is, can you refund the motherboard?
The FX series are very very old and pretty much dead by now.

It would be much better to invest in a Intel build or the newly released Ryzend for AMD.

If you cannot, get the FX 6300, a decent after market cooler and overclock it. With that you will probably be able to play non CPU-Intensive games with little bottleneck.

What kind of cpu should i buy for 100-150 €

Overclock it? How do you know he has a board that handles FX well, let along can overclock without burning itself up? Many cheaper boards that look appealing to budget builders do technically support FX CPUs, but don't run them very well.

Should i replace it with an i3 or save a little more and buy an i5?

A good example of why one should post BEFORE buying.

Return the motherboard if you can. FX is a dead product and an underperforming one at that.
What is the make/model of the motherboard you bought?

If you can't do not use it, give it to a charity.

Do not throw good money after bad.

Moreover, you need a better than average quality motherboard if you hope to overclock a FX6 or 8.

If your budget is in the price range of a FX-6 or FX-8, you can buy something like a I3-7100 and a B250 motherboard that will perform better for less.
It will be upgradeable to even a I7-7700K.

The choice between i3 and i5 will depend on the types of games you will play.
I3 will have a higher clock rate which is important for games such as sims, strategy and mmo.
I5 with more full threads will be better for multiplayer.
Shooters will depend on good graphics.

Or should i buy the 6300 and save for the ryzen 1800X cuz im on a tight budget and the if i get the 6300 ill get the 1800X faster

No. Ryzen won't fit an AM3 or AM3+ board. Ryzen has a new platfrom called AM4 which uses the new socket called, you guessed it, AM4.

You could also sell the motherboard and wait for the lower 4 core and 6 core Ryzen processors to come out, it may even make Intel drop the prices of their I3 and I5 processors.

Well i meant to buy the motherboard too xD

But you would have already spent money on the AM3+ platform that you'd have to replace. This plan doesn't make much sense to me from a financial standpoint. Get something that will game, not something that can run Windows and then upgrade to something that can game.
