ROG STRIX Z270H GAMING Network card problem? HELP

Got this new Asus Z270H motherboard, and got the computer up and running and all, but it can't find the network card, and i have tried to install the drivers for the network card, but still no luck. it says it can't find the network card and can't install it.
Anyone know what can be wrong ?

Is the adapter showing under device manager? Yellow exclamation mark? Try turning the computer off and completely draining the power by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Once powered on everything will reinitialize, this may or may not fix your issue.
