A8-7600 with 110mhz BCLK

hi, i need help sir, i have an AMD A8-7600, i can change the BCLK at 110mhz, but why if i'm using my rx460 paired with this a8-7600, my pc won't boot up (with setting at 110mhz BCLK) , but if i'm reduce the BCLK at least 103mhz my pc will boot, the answer is : can i use this processor with my RX460 with setting BCLK at least 110mhz? i'm sorry for bad english

there is the spec :

AMD A8-7600
sapphire nitro RX460 4gb ddr5
8gb ddr3 1600mhz
asrock a88m/g 3.1
GIGABYTE F2A68HM-DS2
(i'm tried with both motherboard)

@kanewolf the result still same sir, my pc still won't boot, anyway the motherboard not recognize to change bclk frequency instead PCIe freq, raise BCLK automatically raise the pcie, anyway i try bump up the bclk to 110mhz with the HIS r7 240 and my pc can boot up without problem, but it didn't work with rx 460, i try with rx 460 stock BIOS and unlocked BIOS too, anyway i use corsair VS 450 psu
