I want to uninstall my current drivers for my GPU and reinstall them. If i go to Device Manager then Display adapters and go to Properties there is a tab called Drivers. If i press the uninstall button will it make the GPU not display anything on the monitor or does it just get rid of drivers i have installed, ready for a clean install of new drivers? It says next to the button: To uninstall the driver (Advanced)

I have to do this as there is a problem with my current drivers where the software does not show the exact driver i am on and does not display any new drivers, although on the AMD driver website there is a new driver. I have tried going on device manager, the scan for new drivers automatically, and i do not want to start deleting files to get rid of the drivers. I have used the driver uninstaller software before but it didn't work too well and i do not want to have to download any third party software to do this.

(This is not just right clicking on the display adapter and pressing uninstall, this is in the driver thab of properties)

I am also using an AMD CPU so could there be a conflicting problem there?
