I have a strange BIOS boot loop. If I turn on the pc it will power the fans and dvd drive and immediately power off and cycles over and over.
If I remove the RAM or clear CMOS it resolves the issue and the PC runs and starts normally. If i reboot from OS it also works fine.
If i power off and then try a cold boot the original issue comes back until I clear CMOS or remove a RAM stick.
I have replaced RAM and PSU. Any ideas or is the motherboard dead?
