I know that they are unlocked by a third party, but the parts that i don't understand, because wherever i go it always says something different are:

- What exactly does it mean by stating *Unlocked* ?

- I am using a SIM Card for my M4 Aqua, will i have any problems if i just switch it to the new Unlocked phone ?

- Will my internet/call provider (Vivacom) create any problems with the new phone just because it is unlocked ?

- Does it still work as a normal new & original phone with manual updates and tech support.

- Overall what is the difference between buying it from an online store like eBay the Unlocked version and buying it from a tech market in my region/town ?

Thanks,

E

Unlocked just means that it is not locked to a specific carrier (TMobile, Sprint, Verizon here in the states).

Just contact your provider to make sure they support that phone and you will be fine. It will function like a locked phone.

If it is a reputable store no difference between online or local. Local may be better as they might accept a return if there are any issues.

Alright i get it - - - might be a stupid question but it doesn't mean only in the USA right? You were just stating the ones in the states...

Final question - Why is the price ratio so different ?! Like i was watching the Sony Xperia Z5 on eBay and the Unlocked version was/is around $250 whilst the normal/already locked ones that i can purchase/buy from eBay or the local country shops cost $500 ? Whats the point in putting the word *Unlocked* if there is literally no difference, other than the seller is not some T-mobile or Verizon etc but a third party seller ?

Locked/Unlocked, it literally doesn't make any logic or difference to me as they will both work the same...right ?

So what you are saying is that those phones that are shown when i go to them big tech markets are also unlocked?
And they can be only locked if i buy them directly from the network operators, like mine right now called Vivacom ?

-- Buying a unlocked phone, won't follow with being charged every month, unless you put a SIM card in it, whilst a locked phone is with a SIM card from the very start. Right ?

Phew, thank you for sticking up with me and helping me get the information i needed, albeit i still can't understand the huge price difference between the unlocked $250 ones and the locked ones $450-$500 (Sony Xperia Z5).

ANSWER THIS IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT , I am just grateful that you answered my previous questions.
