Does anyone know about this card?

I have close to $300 in dell rewards that must be spent by March 10th and I have my eyes on this.

This is the other 1070 they carry. Looks like the founder's edition clone:

Solution
PNy is not a bad Gpu builder, and the 1070 is a wonderfull card.

Between the two, the first is usually better and generate lower noise and have better temperatures, BUT the hot air remain in the case, need a good pc case with proper airflow.

The second is hotter and generate more noise (and because the first allows lower overclock) but exaust the heat outside the case and are better for small cases with poor airflow like htpcs.

+1 for jaunrdp's answer. He's spot on with the pros and cons of the blower and open air cooling options, and I can personally say that I have owned several PNY graphics cards in the past (currently a PNY 1060 6gb) and they are great cards.
