I'd recommend saving your money for a while. You will definitely see a bottleneck in some processor intensive games, however it all depends on the games that you play. I'd recommend you wait it out a bit longer and get a Core I5.

id rather with a 1070, considering that it has 3 fans(the windforce g1 version).

The Intel Core I7 you listed doesn't come with a CPU cooler and also I could be wrong but that HP you sent a link to looks like a low profile design so I doubt that graphics card will fit. Not only that but OEMs tend to put lower wattage power supply's in their computers. A simple look at the inside the case and the sticker on the power supply will give you all the information you need. I'd also say go with the I5 or maybe update your bios and get a Kaby Lake I5

one thing to say, does the ram between the mother board and the card have to be the same? im also getting a sharkoon red case.. so idk what motherboard to get...but thats another question.
