When I came home from school, my PC wouldn't wake up from sleep. So, I tried to reboot it by holding the power button down. As it was rebooting, the fans went on, but the PC wouldn't POST. After troubleshooting, I re-seated RAM and that fixed the issue. While I was troubleshooting for Problem 1, I took out the graphics card, and put it back in. So, a new problem rose from this. My computer was now able to POST, yet there was no display from the graphics card. I re-seated the card and restarted my PC countless times but no luck. Right now, I am using my PC with onboard graphics.

PS: when I boot PC, the graphics card fans start running
