You should be cool with that. I am expecting a bit of the bottleneck with the 1060 and the skylake i3, but don't let that overwhelm you. 3gb of vram should hold you up nicely with the ram. No need for more ram.

oh right , im new to pc gaming and was just wondering if games wouldnt let you play them if you didnt have the " minimum requirements " but thanks for the help anyway
In that sitation, they will almost ALWAYS play at minimum requirements. I have tried it with many games, no big problems besides having to set to lower settings. In this situation, ram wouldn't make a big difference.
