Will Hyper 212 Evo be okay for i7 6700K/7700K?

I can't decide between the two CPU's so I guess it depends where I'd have to fork out more money in terms of cooling etc. I don't plan to OC very soon as I'm still learning about computers but I want it to be an option in the future.

Is the 212 Evo still good enough or should I pay an extra £50 for the Noctua D15 to be safe?

Solution
Hyper 212 is ok and is very popular.
For the same price, look at the cryorig H7 which cools better, mounts easier, and has a lower 145mm profile.
I recommend a similarly priced scythe kotetsu.
It is quieter and more effective.
Here is a review.
Note the better performance compared to the hyper212, noctua NH-U12s and NH-u14s

Whatever cooler you use, you will be ok so long as your case can supply fresh air for the cooler to do it's job.
Two 120mm front intakes is sufficient.

And... unless there is a big price difference, go with the i7-7700K.
It runs faster at stock.
