I've assembled a new computer and there`s no noise and no display.
components are:
i5 7600 3.8ghz.
gigabyte ga-z170x gaming 3
2x8gb vengeance lpx 3000mhz
geforce 1060 gtx dual
hyper 212evo cpu fan
antec 650w

i`ve installed everything according to the guides (with the help of an IT professional) and troubleshooted it with this guide:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

other than checking the PSU, i`ve tried everything. I`ve checked the components with a different PSU that`s working on my current computer, with the same results.

when i take out the RAM the motherboard make long beeps as it should. other than that, even when i take apart every component other than the CPU and fan, and then with the RAM (one stick and then two), nothing changes...
the lights and leds on the motherboard are on, and the fans are all working when i turn it on.

any ideas?

Solution
Another thing you could do is go to a nearby PC store and ask them to update your BIOS to the newest version. This could cost a few pennies though.

Ha ha! :)
I bought the parts when i was in the US about 3 weeks ago from amazon. I live in Israel. I`ll have to update the version...
so i need to put my hands on a Lesser CPU so i can update the BIOS (to F20?) and only then install my CPU?
can you post a link to a BIOS update guide or guide me as to how to do it? (i`ll probably be able to put my hands on an I3\I5 processor sometime soon).
