PC turns on but no display

My PC will turn on, keyboard and everything lights up. But the displays don't turn on until I turn it on and off afew times. I reseated the RAM and tried most things on the checklist and i don't know what to do!

UPDATE : I plugged one of my displays into my mobo output and it showed the boot logo but then turned off

post your system spec plus whether you are using a tv or a monitor please. have you tried connecting to the on board graphics to see if you get the same issue ? also what cable are you using to connect ? hdmi, displayport , dvi, vga ?

I am using an Acer XB270HU and I plugged it into the onboard graphics. It turned on but the resolution is completely off.

resolution is off because it using the basic resolution, could be the gpu gtx 980 or psu failing

That could be the case. I'll see because I recently did reset the CMOS maybe I forgot to change it to boot to GPU
