Can i run bf1 on ultra setttings at 1080p

Solution
If adding the FPS command makes it slow then you need to add more ram, but your 3 GB of vram may still hold you back. Like I stated before BF1 uses up to 3.8 GB of vram on my r9 390x 8GB GPU. Or you may have to turn down some of the eye candy (like reduce shadows to high). I went ahead and OC my CPU 3570K to 4.2 MHz and BF1 stays at 60 FPS.

Yes without a doubt. Probably will get 60FPS, if not more. The 1060 is powerful, though the 3GB model might suffer a little if you are running Ultra settings on the textures, not sure if it exceeds 3GB on those 64player maps.

if you are referring to me i have 16 gb (8gb was the rx 480's version which can also be 4 gb) and if you were referring to him, if i put everything on ultra the game never uses more than 6 gb, i can monitor it with msi afterburner.

Lowest 46 (rare), AVG 59, highest 60,I think it is capped.

Most of the time it is between 52-60. With no OC on CPU or GPU. I have water cooled CPU and have tested up to 5 MHz on the CPU when I first built my PC 3 years ago, But I don't like to OC if its not needed. I may test OC the CPU with BF1 to see if it helps.

If the game feel smooth then I am fine. 90% of the time the game stays right on 60 FPS.

To see FPS hit the ~ key and type "perfoverlay.drawfps true"

Thanks dude my gtx 1060 3gb was factory overclocked and i get a solid 70 fps. Instead of using the fps command i used msi afterburner. And for the ram i'm planning on upgrading soon.
