What memory is compatible?

Hey! I'm currently building a system, and after reading the memory support sheet from the manufacturer, are the cards only on that list compatible with that mobo, or can I use the RAM I have chosen in my current build? I plan on using the computer for gaming (CS:GO, Rust, GTA V, G-Mod, The Sims 4, and SimCity) and simultaneous livestreaming/recording, or Autodesk Inventor/Revit 2016 if that helps. Same question with the SSD support list, or any other manufacturer's support list in general, linked below
