I want a new desktop for games only. I first wanted 1440p @ 144hz, but it was a bit too expensive for me (would have required a monitor bump up for 200 pounds and gtx 1080 instead of gtx 1070 for another 200 pounds). So I decided to settle for 1080p @ 144hz. The motherboard must have wi-fi.

I need everything except a mouse lol (have logitech g303)
This is what I want to buy: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/g3LfGf
Can I do better for the same amount of money? I live in the UK
Thanks.

With three items cost not included in the PCPP list, I'd say that you've got to tell us what is your budget before we can discuss about whether you can get a better build for your money.

Thats a good build, but dont think he needs 750w PSU for that.
All the rest looks good.

I suppose 1500 pounds. I dont need storage or optical drives, but i need a keyboard

What storage drives are you going to be using? Slow drives will make your expensive computer feel like a turtle in a marathon.

GTX 1070 + a GSync 144Hz Screen.
Noctua U14S + ASUS Z270-E guarantee at least 4.8Ghz overclock on the i7 for top gaming performance for years to come.

Phanteks ProM Acrylic with large window provide great view of the high-end components with excellent airflow. A cutout on its PSU cover allow you to showoff the PSU while still keeping the cables hidden from view.

The XFX XTR is built by Seasonic and provide excellent power to the system; it has a quiet 135mm fan and enough wattage to power a second GTX1070 if need to.

that AOC monitor is 350 pounds, while the benq is 260 pounds. I can't buy the parts from 5 differents sites because I will have to pay shipping for each and the warranties will be all over the place.

And it's also not been available in the UK, at least at that price, since like Sep/Oct 2016.
PCPP has horrible accuracy about price and availability outside the US (and even for US, it may still take some time to update price/availability info).
Don't forget to verify product price & availability before making recommendation using PCPP listing.

i will keep that in mind ;)
