Is my graphics card running too hot?

I recently bought a prebuilt IBuyPower PC from Best Buy. I have been playing H1Z1 KotK on it and have noticed the side panel was really warm. I installed a software to check my temperatures and seen where my GPU (NVIDIA GTX 1060) temperature was running at 80c. I am worried that this is too high. Please give me your opinions and suggestions. I'm not sure if I can add more fans to this PC or not. I don't even know if there is enough room to add more fans. I have two fans as of now, just the stock one that comes with the processor and a exhaust fan in the back of the PC. Here is the link so you can view the specs yourself. Also, I don't have a GPU fan on this build....I see others with a fan right on their GPU card. Is this my issue? Thanks so much!

Also, I read where in nvidia control panel you can change the power management mode to adaptive, optimal, or maximum performance? Would this help any?

sorry for the late response, but you shouldn't have 80c temp on a gtx 1060. its way too much. you should definitely contact them as you probably have warranty. the gpu fans may not be working right or the gpu is faulty.
