HD Graphic 520 or R5-M430 2GB?

I have two choice of laptop now:

$367
-i3-6006u
-HD graphic 520

$450
-i3-6006u
-AMD R5-M430 2GB

Basically the $450 has a graphic card. But does it worth the price?
Only use this laptop for school stuff, no coding with emulator, no design something with photoshop. Just MS Word, browsing, listening to MP3, etc
As for game, will only play game like the Sims 4, sim city / city skyline.

Saw this video using HD graphic 520 which I considered "fine"

you'll be fine with the lower end laptop for sure. This is the best option unless you plan on into going more demanding programs. The hd 520 is fine with watching youtube videos at 720p so that is not an issue at all either. The upgrade is not worth the money but if you see the more expensive laptop on sale I suggest that you buy it over the cheap one, this is only if it is on sale though. Let me know if this helped!
