I am building a gaming PC for my brother and wanted to ask whether the G4560 will work on it without using a Skylake CPU to update the BIOS. Please help guys ?

It will still likely not work.

If you want to get a H110 board to use with Kabylake CPU, you'd probably want to get it at a local brick and mortar shop where you can ask the seller to update its BIOS for you before you bring it home.
