My PC shuts and turns by itself repeatedly

My computer shut down and turns by itself repeatedly after I rearranged the cables.It worked just fine before that,can i know what's the problem and how to fix this.

Any help is appreciated.

I rearranged because it looks messy and every time i unplug the 4pin 12v the computer can runs but no display.
