how to find epson xp-820 firmware version

Hello,
I am trying to find out the firmware version of my XP-820 printer but so far have had no success.
I am also wondering if there is a hard reset to factory settings (i.e. a combination of key presses or icons) in that printer model.

thank you for your very fast reply.
However what I am after is how to find the FIRMWARE version rather than the driver version. I have looked at the support site and Epson gives no indication of haw to access that information so I guess I'll keep looking.
