I always eject my external HD properly, but I still get a message saying Disk not Ejected Properly. Should I be worried about it? ...since I always do eject properly.

Just check the drive's status light isn't flashing quickly before unplugging it, or wait until you've shut down your PC at the end of the day, then unplug it.

This isn't concerning my Back Up drive....but my external HD that I have storage on, and access many times a day.
