Forza horizon 3 at ultra 1080p locked 60fps??

what do I need to do this. My current specs are:
AMD 8370E
970 MSI mobo
32gb 1866 ddr3
gtx 1070 ftx evga
2 x 1tb hdd
600w psu

I want to go intel but save ££, so what should i go for?

If you are just gaming then an I5 7500K would probably run it fine, it would be advised to go with a Z270 motherboard of your liking and 8/16 GB of DDR4 RAM. This then leaves you some easy overclocking room if more performance is needed in future.
