I am using a Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo with an Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6500 with FSB rated at 1066mhz. I have 2x 2gb DDR3 RAM. Will 1333mhz ram work in this machine? Would I have to overclock anything?

System Specs:
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6500 @ 2.90 GHZ
GIGABYTE GA-G41M-Combo
Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1GB
Corsair CX430

Ha. You should get in touch with me, I am running a very similar system. The 1333 RAM will work, but your mobo will underclock it - Probably down to 800, to 1066 if you are lucky. You can put 1333 or 1600 RAM in, but it won't run faster than 1066, that is the maximum on your mobo. You have two slots, and each can take a max of 4GB. Get 2x 4GB low-density 1066 RAM, with the lowest CL that you can find (probably 7). RAM will ultimately be the limiting factor for you. You did not specify your OS or case size. You can cheaply upgrade the processor to a Q9650 or, with your PSU, a modded X5470.
