Should I expect lower temperatures? (FX 8320 - 990FX Fatal1ty Killer & Polished Nepton 280L)

Hello everyone! I've bought a Cooler Master Nepton 280L CPU liquid cooler, with polished CPU block. I currently have an FX 8320 on stock freqs with ASRock 990FX Fatal1ty Killer. I was using Cooler Master Essential E2, gold thermal paste. I was always putting just a bit of thermal paste in a middle of a CPU... But this time I greased it over the whole CPU, just to see how it's gonna perform...
Now, I am not sure if my temperatures are great, and can they be any better than this?

Idle: 13 to 20c
100% CPU load: 30-42c

My pump was working whole time on 100% load, with 2x120mm FANS in front, in push configuration, with maximum FAN load.

Thanks in advance! :)

Solution
Those are some really good temperatures. My fx-8370 (sure, slightly hotter but still) gets to 61-64C when overclocked. 30-42 is really good, consider overclocking as that processor is safe up to 61 C
