Hello
I've started getting fps drops in recent times. Did not have this problem before (Started about a week ago). After having checked using MSI Afterburner i can see that the CPU is constantly at 100% (When I'm in game in csgo and r6), but when I am in the menu it stands at about 40-60%. But the game's CPU usage is 35-40% in Task Manager. So it seems that there is something running in the background.
GPU usage is between 65-70 (in game in r6)
The temperature of the CPU is between about 35-40 degrees, and the temperature of the GPU is between about 50-65 degrees.
I moved the game to my SSD and I got rid of some lagg but now 2-3 days after im getting more and worse fps drops and the CPU remains at 100%
In Just Cause 3 is the CPU 75-80% and GPU on 90+ (in game)
I think it's strange because I have nothing open in the background (what I know) and the processor should not bottle-neck the graphic card.
Has run a full scan with Norton to see if there would be any virus but found nothing. Also pulled out the internet cable to see if there were some miners in the background.
Have also reinstalled video drivers with no improvement.
What could be the problem?
GPU GTX 1070
