My hard drive shows the wrong amount

Hey there.

I recently bought a portable hard drive at a car boot sale, and it's apparently 500gb. It only displays 500mb though.
I have tried using the disk manager, but there is no unallocated space on the drive. It shows under Disk 0 on the manager, attaching it to my main drive (I'm assuming).
Is there a way I can reconfigure the drive or tell my system to recognise it as a larger one?

I use windows 10 as my OS.

OK...the 500GB drive is actually Disk 1. 3 partitions, of 200MB, 464.96GB, and 620MB.

The "Q" partition is a partition on your 1TB drive, your boot drive on the PC. That should not have a drive letter.
Right click and Remove that Q drive letter.

The 500GB drive (Disk 1) simply has no drive letter assigned to it.
