not able to undertand the problem

I have asus rt ac51u i am unable to set up vpn in that it says this router currently uses a private wan ip adress and down it is wriiten it is multiple nat environment and ddns cannot work in this movement and this router is connected to another bsnl modem router i think double nat or portforwarding is the ....
plz help me solving this issue

You have answered your own question. You need ISP----Modem------Router.
You have:
ISP-----modem/router------Router.

You need your modem to only be a modem. You are getting private IP address on the wan port of your second router thus double NAT. You could put the second routers IP address (wan) in the DMZ of the first router or turn the second router into just an access point. (L2 switch).
