Hi, this is the first time I am asking a question
So my gta 4 starts fine with no problem but when I drive a vehicle or moving my mouse it stutters and lag
I have tried commandline for this but still no improvement.
My specs:
CPU-intel pentium dual core e5700 3:00ghz
Ram-2gb
Graphics memory - 814mb,the gpu is a Intel express chipset
Plz find a solution for me. Thank you
