I just finished building this computer today and after a couple hours of use my PSU started to buzz. This is the 3rd time it has happened each with a different PSU i got via RMA. This buzzing noise is not as loud and previously I could not power on my computer but I can now. (typing on laptop). My Specs are I5 6500 MSI h110 gaming, gtx 1060 oc 6Gb, 8 GB ram , 1 TB HDD, CX550m psu. I've had 2 previous issues with buzzing psu's but this one the buzz is quieter and I can use my pc too. I was wondering what is the issue and how could I fix it. Idk if it is a software issue, I recentely used uTorrent to try to get some free games but I also completely deleted it after my PSU was buzzing. My GPU fans spin and my CPU and System fan spin too. I do not want to RMA again but If i need to i will but I have already RMAed 2 times on the same unit before.

Solution
The buzzing noise is coil whine.

There's nothing you can do about it. Some PSUs have this annoying noise while others don't.

I suggest that you go for good quality Seasonic PSU.

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are powered by Seasonic. None of my 3 PSUs produce any coil whine whatsoever. (Got PRIME series in Skylake, M12II EVO series in Haswell and S12II series in AMD, full specs in my sig.)
