can my psu burn my gpu

hi
i have hec raptor r450w power supply. can it handle my pc and if not .will it burn my gpu if i try this any way
im not overclocking anything
CPU: i5-4440
RAM: 2x4 GB DDR3
Storage: 750g HDD
Motherboard: GB B85 D3T
GPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO R9 380 4GB

Never heard of that brand before. A bad quality power supply can be a fire hazard and can even kill every component in the PC when it dies. The amperage is not even listed.
