PC shut off and won't turn back on

My PC suddenly shut off and won't turn back on. Lights are still coming from the MB and gpu. The PC has worked fine for almost a month now. The specs are:

Corsair CX650M
I5 7600k
Corsair Hydro Series H75
ASUS Prime Z270-P
Crucial DDR4 2400MHz 16GB
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL OC
Samsung p961 ssd 256gb m.2

and red blinking leds on the motherboard, any clicking sound?

going to sound simple, but power switch on PSu on at rear of pc and your sure the power button of case is not some how broken or leads to motherboard are disconnected (test board by jumping 2 power pins to see if boots up to rule out bad power switch on case)

Do you have or know anyone who can lend you a good PSU? My guess is a PSU fault but that's not 100%, I just think its most likely.
